Megan & Joey Coberly
We didn’t always have this
business or this life...
In fact, just six years ago, you would have found Megan teaching math & history in a classroom (what a combo, am I right?!), and myself, Joey, working at Navy Federal.
I (Joey) started as an ambitious investor making lots of mistakes (but also learning lots along the way). Megan graduated from college and started teaching math at our local school. When we started our family, we realized that working 9-5 each day was not going to give us the life we wanted to live.
So, we set out on our business adventure. It’s been six years since we took the leap, and we haven’t looked back. Entrepreneurship has given us the life we love. That’s why we want to help lawn care business owners do the exact same thing.
We know that starting off in lawn care requires long, hard hours outside to build and grow. But, we also know that lawn care business owners do NOT have to stay there. With effective systems, understanding of your numbers, and powerful lead generation, lawn care business owners can be out of the field in no time.
That’s why The Landscaping Bookkeeper’s mission is to help lawn care business owners understand what their numbers mean. In turn, our clients are able to make wise business decisions; grow through the middle ground quickly; and build a business that serves them (rather than vice versa).
