Our prices start at $350/mo. The exact cost for your business will depend on the following items:

  • Annual Gross Revenue
  • Number of Loans
  • Approximate Number of Transactions Per Month
  • Number of Bank Accounts

In the 15-minute good fit call, we will discuss the questionnaire that you fill out when you schedule your call. We also ask about your business story and what motivated you to schedule a call with us! 

At the end of the 15-min good fit call, if we are able to help your business, we will schedule a 1-hour consultation to discuss more about your business and working together. 

Monthly client meetings look different depending on which part of the process our clients are in. 

When clients first onboard, we use monthly meetings to organize and educate.

As the relationship develops, our conversations help clients think like a business owner rather than an employee. 

While we do not offer tax preparation and filing services, we work closely with a Certified Financial Planner who prioritizes our clients when tax season comes around.

We use the industry-standard software QuickBooks Online.

No, we do not handle payroll for our lawn care business clients.

In the monthly meetings that we have with each of our clients, your bookkeeper will review the numbers with you, answer questions you have, and help you understand what your numbers mean for your business. Based on that information, you will be able to better make financial and budgeting decisions.

Yes, with our cloud-based solutions, you can access your financial data anytime, from anywhere, ensuring you have the information you need at your fingertips.

We want to work with business owners who want to work with us, and vice versa! For that reason, we do not have contracts that our clients sign when they onboard.
